How We Started
A family-owned and managed company, we have grown over time since we started more than 20 years ago. We began with a two-family building and gradually expanded over the years. Now, we have hundreds of units located in several locations throughout the city. Most buildings are large, multi-unit, and security-locked buildings.

We own multi-unit properties located in east, west, central Saint John, and Rothesay, New Brunswick. Apartments located in east Saint John are bachelor, one and two bedroom units. Some units have balconies.
Our west side apartments are one, two and three bedroom units. Some units have balconies.
The central Saint John apartments are large, three to four bedroom apartments with washer and dryer hookups. The apartments in Rothesay are one and two bedroom apartments.
